As part of our commercial expansion, in 2022 we introduced “Eklekton”, a range of high-quality meat products that seamlessly blend tradition with innovation. This delectable selection includes fresh meat offerings, products inspired by traditional Greek recipes, and a variety of traditional sausages. “Eklekton” products cater to the modern consumer’s demand for convenient meals without compromising nutritional and culinary standards.

Standardized meat (tray meat) and meat products are mass-produced with strict process controls in our newly-established department. They are available for wholesale, either through direct collection from our facilities in Moschato, Attica, or via our in-house delivery directly to our partners’ premises. Additionally, they are offered for retail sale to consumers through the largest supermarket chains of the country.

In the heart of Moschato, Attica, our modern industrial facilities constitute a focal point for the meticulous processing of a wide variety of meats. With certified suppliers from selected farms in Europe, Greece and the United States of America, as well as techniques that include precision meat slicing, deboning and packaging, our company ensures that every single piece and cutting meets the highest standards of quality.

Our products include a wide array of meats to suit every type of business and need. Attika Meat Voudouris – Konstas S.A. offers an extensive selection of tender veal, soft pork and lamb, whole or shredded, as well as poultry options with cuts ranging from fresh chicken to turkey. The alternatives, however, are not limited to the above, as we also feature world-renowned premium meats and cuts such as Black Angus, Kobe Beef and tender Italian Chianina Beef, all with Attika Meat’s signature quality. Finally, we source exclusively from trusted production facilities in Europe and Greece and process in our standard industrial facilities our own ‘Eklekton’ line of standardized tray-packed meats, traditional sausages and premium quality meat products.

At the heart of our operations is a dedicated team of experienced veterinarians and qualified food technologists. Dedicated to maintaining product excellence, this team meticulously conducts systematic meat sampling and rigorous quality control, adhering to strict standards at every stage of the meat procurement process.

Our partnerships, moreover, are not limited by geographic boundaries. They range from reliable European facilities to within the borders, to certified Greek livestock farms that span the country. This approach underscores our commitment to both the diversity of our suppliers as well as our unwavering commitment to quality assurance.
